I would just like to say thank you from myself and my family on the wonderful work that you have done with Nani over the past couple of months. From an anxious and at times aggressive dog to the relaxed dog that I see today is something that I never thought I would see. I would also like to thank you for the knowledge and the time that you spent with us as dog owner’s teaching us our true responsibilities which has contributed no-end to the improvement in Nani’s behaviour.
Finally, it isn’t often that you engage with a service provider who calls you “the client” after the job on multiple occassions, or who makes himself or herself available after the fact for any questions that may still be out there. Your service is different and I can’t thank you enough for everything.
